My Bio
I am 25 and currently an elementary school teacher. In my spare time I love to paint! I am an abstract artist who uses acrylics as her medium. However, I am mixing in a few different things here and there. I love color, vibrant colors, and I love texture! Painting is a way to get out of my head and onto a canvas. So, hopefully you like what I have to share!

There are s many. To me painting and music go together... For a few Mumford and Sons, Deftones, Radiohead, The Black Keys, The Fleet Foxes, Mastodon, Between the Buried and Me, Iron and Wine, Protest the Hero, The Mars Volta, Opeth, and it goes on & on...
Favourite Books
Love anything by Dean Koontz, and I LOVED the Harry Potter Series. Stephen King is good in moderation. I love mysteries.

Haven't played many video games, but have been known to get knee deep in Minecraft with my husband every now and then :)

Acrylics, canvas, card stock and scrapbook paper, texture mediums, glazes, etc...
Other Interests
I play the piano, although it has fallen to the wayside since I started painting... I should try to do both.
